This Refund Policy explains how SalonLink handles cancellations, payment issues, and refunds related to bookings made through the platform.
Current payment model
At present, many bookings on SalonLink may follow a "pay at salon" model. In such cases, SalonLink does not directly collect the service amount, and refunds for cash or offline payments are handled by the salon as applicable.
If an online payment is collected
- If a payment is successfully collected through SalonLink in the future, refund eligibility will depend on the booking status, timing of cancellation, and payment gateway rules.
- Approved refunds, where applicable, may take several business days to reflect in the original payment method.
Cancellation requests
- Customers should cancel or reschedule bookings as early as possible.
- Salons may apply their own cancellation rules or cut-off windows for appointments.
- Repeated no-shows or misuse of bookings may lead to account restrictions.
Disputes
If there is a billing dispute, incorrect charge, or service issue, please contact us with the booking ID, salon name, and payment details so we can review the case.
