Account responsibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or listing a salon.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not impersonate another person, business, or salon.

Bookings and salon services

• SalonLink facilitates booking requests between customers and salons.
• Final service quality, pricing, staff allocation, and on-site experience remain the salon's responsibility.
• Customers should review salon details, availability, and any booking notes before confirming a request.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Do not send spam, harmful content, or unauthorized promotional messages through SalonLink.
• Do not misuse WhatsApp, review features, or staff profiles in a deceptive way.

Reviews and ratings

Reviews should be based on real salon visits and honest experience. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, defamatory, or violates platform policy.

Availability of service

We may modify, suspend, or improve features from time to time. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
